Kim W. Yoshimoto


Kim Yoshimoto has extensive experience in government relations and has successfully worked with clients from a variety of industries on legislative issues at the local, state and federal levels. Previously Director of External Affairs for United States Senator Brian Schatz and Chief of Staff for Mr. Schatz when he served as Hawaii’s Lieutenant Governor, Kim is intimately knowledgable about the inner workings of state and federal government, and how certain policies resonate with both the business sector and Hawaii’s diverse local communities. Ms. Yoshimoto, who began her career as a real estate attorney with Imanaka Asato, received her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Michael L. Iosua


Michael Iosua is a partner in the Government Relations group and Commercial and Real Estate Litigation group. Previously, Mr. Iosua served as the Assistant Attorney General for the Government of Samoa, where he represented the territory in legal and civil actions. In Hawaii, his experience in government relations has encompassed legislative issues at the local, state and federal levels. Mr. Iosua is a Board member of the Aloha Stadium Authority and Na Koa, the official booster club of UH football (he was defensive captain for the Rainbow Warriors under Coach June Jones). He received his law degree from J. Reuben Clark School of Law and his MBA from the Marriott School of Management, both at Brigham Young University.
