Since 1979, Imanaka Asato attorneys have assisted clients with the planning, development and registration of timeshare projects in Hawai‘i. Founding principal Mitchell Imanaka has served as a timeshare consultant to the State of Hawai‘i, and is a member of the national board of directors of the American Resort Development Association, the national trade organization for the timeshare industry. He has also served as chair of the American Resort Development Association of Hawai‘i for over 10 years.
Imanaka Asato has successfully represented all of the major timeshare companies doing business in the United States, including Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Wyndham, Disney and others, and has over the years guided the developers of these projects through all of the Hawai‘i legal requirements necessary to bring their projects to market.
