Tina B. Loos is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Development and Finance group and the Commercial and Real Estate Litigation group. Ms. Loos concentrates her practice in real estate development, vacation ownership and resort development, and civil litigation.
During law school, Ms. Loos served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review, a Senior Editor for the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal, a legal writing teaching assistant, and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. She also served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court and to the Honorable Kevin T. Morikone of the Hawaiʻi First Circuit Court.
Ms. Loos earned her law degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was recognized with four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She received her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude and with Honors, in Information and Computer Sciences and Political Science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
