Jasmine W. L. E. Lai is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Development and Finance group at Imanaka Asato LLLC. Ms. Lai concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate development, vacation ownership and resort development.
At Richardson School of Law she served as Treasurer of the Pacific-Asian Legal Studies Organization (PALSO), Technical Editor for the University of Hawaii Law Review, and as a member of the ABA Client Counseling team. As a member of the ABA Client Counseling team, Ms. Lai and her team won the ABA Law Student Division Client Counseling Competition for Region 9, and competed in the National Competition.
Ms. Lai received her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College in Government and International Relations.
